MEET
THE CRACKER FAM
Hi we’re Chanelle and Donna, a mother/daughter duo- and we’re bringing you a whole grain cracker made from scratch by yours truly.

Being addicted to chronic busy lifestyles means we are always looking for snacks on the go. There’s nothing wrong with feeling snacky but it’s a feeling many of us often feel guilty for!

We’re proud to be part of something that helps bring joy to someone else’s “snacking life” as we replace the guilt of having an unhealthy snack with a quick and healthy option that fits all lifestyles.

We hope you enjoy our thin & crunchy addictive treats as much as we do and we’re excited to explore new opportunities in the near future!

Happy snacking,

WHY HIXON FALLS?
Whole foods are unrefined and unprocessed entirely or very minimally. This means that the food is left in its initial state with all its parts intact.
For whole grains, this means all parts of the original kernel- the bran, germ, and endosperm- remain intact. Refined products are stripped of the bran and germ, leaving only the starch. Bran and germ are both high in soluble and insoluble fibre, which are both beneficial to the body and aid in the body’s day to day functioning. Fibre not only aids in digestion, but also helps control blood sugar levels and blood pressure, lowers the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and allows energy levels to shine.
Look for ingredients with whole grain products listed first. Choose products with simple ingredients- ones you recognize and can pronounce! And remember 5% or less is a little, while 15% or more is a lot - as listed by Canada’s food guide.
We offer a simple, slim & savoury cracker that not only satisfies your tastebuds, but offers a few favours to your gut - the only one you got!
A movement of supporting local businesses is upon us. Build and support the businesses within your community!
By supporting local entrepreneurs, you’re choosing to fuel your economy with diversification and igniting the creation of unique products that create character within our communities and our nation.
We create our product, not based on a national sales plan, rather it is based on our passion and interest in bringing our product directly to you. We stand out by refusing to be the reflection of a chain. Imported products are often “cheap” for a reason, lacking quality and are often derived from grim workplace conditions.
Get to know your supplier while enjoying an admirable quality product! Help us provide jobs to your neighbours and keep your investments within our circle - who are here to stay.
Craft products express individuality. Artisan made products tell a story. Our crackers are no exception.
Not only a wonderful substitute for a potato chip, or a cupboard craved sweet, our crackers can be enjoyed paired with endless options. We offer a variety of flavours to be enjoyed on their own or, paired with cured meats, various cheeses, jellies and spreads, fresh or pickled vegetables and seasonal fruits. Charcuterie boards have surpassed trend and shifted towards an essential and our crackers complete any charcuterie board.
Please enjoy our craft made crackers in boundless options. Offer a box to guests in your home, give as a gift, pair with wine, add to your camping crate, picnic basket, or polish off a box while curled up on the couch.

I was referred to Hixon Falls Cracker Company by my son. I went to WL Farmers Market today and bought 4 boxes, Chili, Onion, Herb and Original. I love all of them and will definitely get more. These ladies are amazing. Please check them out at a local market.
